Design concepts: following a site visit we provide the client with our suggestions for ideas to develop the space which we can then implement or the client can keep as advice for future development.

Full design solutions: we provide the client with CAD drawings of the existing space and proposed designs, considering spatial design for floor layouts, moving walls and openings to provide solutions to the clients' needs, allowing a better use of space and creating a feeling of light and space where it might be limited.

Styling: we consider everything from lighting, flooring, wall treatments, furniture, window finishes and anything else to finalise the look.

Clever joinery solutions: creating built in joinery / furniture providing a solution to your day to day requirements.

Project management: J.A.I. will deal with all site works and aggravation concerning the project as the client requires. This includes site visits, supervision of contractors, client supply and ensuring a tight timetable is adhered to.
